Through meticulous shaping, the METEOR boasts a well-proportioned volume that is perfectly balanced. Its Vee-shaped hull provides excellent maneuverability, while a squash tail and subtle "spoon" front section ensure effortless paddling out. Additionally, the wooden double-stringers deliver both rigidity and flexibility, providing a unique feel to the board. Lively and made for the glide at full blast, it will become your go-to board for all conditions.
Our groundbreaking SKIN-TEC construction technology has enabled us to create a lightweight yet exceptionally durable board in the METEOR. The high-density cellular foams used in its construction are molded in France with a zero-waste manufacturing process, and the board is fully recyclable to boot. What's more, it's the very first Skin-Tec softboard produced in France and the entirety of Europe.
The brushed EVA foam deck-pad offers stability and a strong grip. No more need for wax. Put on your wetsuit, grab your board, and go surfing! Available in 3 sizes to accomodate a range of riders.

Oversized Item Deliveries
Handling & Delivery Times
Large items are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days). Transit time typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination within the contiguous 48 US states. (Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO boxes cannot be processed online and require manual entry and a custom freight quote via customer service).
Tracking & Delivery Appointments
Once your freight leaves our warehouse, a tracking link will be provided to monitor your shipment. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday only. Because of the size of these products, the carrier may contact you in advance to schedule a specific delivery window, and an adult signature is required upon receipt.
Packaging & Split Shipments
Stand-up paddleboards are securely packed in their original boxes reinforced with an extra heavy-duty outer carton. Kayaks are securely packed in their original plastic packaging. Dinghies ship strapped to a dedicated 72x48 pallet. For multi-item orders, oversized goods ship individually with separate tracking numbers.
Reception & Mandatory Inspection
You must thoroughly inspect the condition and contents of your shipment before the driver leaves. If the item or packaging shows obvious damage, refuse the delivery immediately or write "Damaged" explicitly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) / delivery receipt before signing. If items are missing, note this clearly on the BOL. Any shipping damage or missing piece must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days.
Returns & Restocking Fees
Damaged freight should be refused at drop-off. For standard, non-defect returns, items must be unopened and in their original packaging, returned at your expense, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Small parcels and accessories are packaged and shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days). Standard transit takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the state of destination. (Online orders are limited to the contiguous 48 US states; Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO boxes require manual processing).
Tracking & Delivery Schedule
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking information to follow the delivery online. Deliveries run Monday through Friday, and no scheduled appointment is required for smaller packages.
Packaging & Consolidation
Multiple small items and accessories ordered together are consolidated and shipped in suitably sized boxes under a single shipment tracking reference.
Receiving Your Parcel
Please verify that your parcel has arrived intact and that the items inside match your order confirmation. If an item is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery record if applicable, refuse the parcel if heavily crushed, and contact our support team within 7 days to initiate a claim.
Returns & Replacements
If an accessory arrives damaged, contact us promptly for a resolution. For standard returns of new, unused items in their original packaging, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
